A comparative study on the coping styles of kindergarten teachers to work stress -- Based on the survey in Anhui Province

[Abstract]: In order to explore the differences and characteristics of coping styles of kindergarten teachers with different ages, teaching years and educational background, 303 kindergarten teachers in Anhui Province were investigated with coping style questionnaire. The results showed that with the increase of age, the use of "problem-solving", "rationalization" and "self blame" decreased with the increase of age; Kindergarten teachers with 11 years of teaching experience and more tend to use "problem solving" than those with 0-5 years of teaching experience, while kindergarten teachers with 0-5 years of teaching age and 6-10 years of teaching age are more inclined to use "self blame" than teachers with more than 11 years of teaching experience; There is no significant difference in the choice of stress coping style among kindergarten teachers with different educational background. Based on the results, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as "improving the support system, reducing the opportunities of using self blame" by kindergarten teachers of low teaching age, and "kindergarten teachers with different educational backgrounds should improve their self-efficacy of" problem solving ".
